* LOCATIONS...THE NIAGARA FRONTIER...ESPECIALLY AREAS NORTHEAST OF
BUFFALO.
* TIMING...THROUGH LATE TUESDAY MORNING.
* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES TONIGHT...AND 1 TO 2 INCHES TUESDAY.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
* TEMPERATURES...LOWS AROUND 10 ABOVE TONIGHT. BETWEEN 10 AND 15
TUESDAY.
* IMPACTS...AREAS OF HEAVY SNOW AND NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO
25 MPH WILL RESULT IN WHITEOUT CONDITIONS. THE FLUFFY NATURE OF
